The first thing you need to do is register for the Appriss Retail Virtual User Conference 2020. You will recieve a confirmation that will include instructions on when and how to access the event. You can always reference this FAQ page for future questions or contact the help desk at info@apprissretailuserconference.com.

Registration will remain open until 11:59pm EDT on September 29, 2020.

Yes, you may invite other members of your organization. Please keep in mind the User Conference is exclusively for clients of Appriss Retail.

Yes, although, we recommend participation via a laptop or desktop for optimal viewing.

The conference will be recorded and certain sessions will be made available upon request following the event.

We have included a list of system requirements below, along with an internet speed check for your convenience.

On a PC:

  • Microsoft Edge release 79.0+, Internet Explorer 11, Mozilla Firefox 34, Google Chrome 39 (JavaScript enabled) or the latest version of each web browser
  • Windows XP, Windows Server 2008 or later
  • Cable modem, DSL or better Internet connection (minimum of 15Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
  • Dual-core 2.4GHz CPU or faster with 2GB or more of RAM

On a Mac:

  • Safari 6, Firefox 34, Google Chrome 39 (JavaScript enabled) or the latest version of each web browser
  • Mac OS X 10.8 (Mountain Lion) or newer
  • Cable modem, DSL or better Internet connection (minimum of 15Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
  • Intel processor (2GB of RAM or better)
